Terrill Hill's connection to Palatka began long before he opened a law office here. It shaped his education, athletic career, public service, and understanding of the people he represents. From Palatka High School to Howard University and the University of Florida Levin College of Law, his path has been defined by preparation, leadership, and a commitment to return home and serve.
